Shipping policy
- Made to order: Every item is printed after you order it. Production usually takes 2–7 business days.
- Shipping time: After production, US orders usually arrive in about 3–5 business days. International delivery times vary by destination.
- Shipping rates: Shipping is a flat rate per order, shown at checkout before you pay: $4.95 standard or $9.99 express within the US. International rates vary by country and are shown at checkout. Express requires a phone number and can't ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
- Customs: International orders may be charged import duties or taxes on delivery. These are paid by the customer.
- Tracking: You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
- Multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
- Address check: Please double-check your shipping address. We can't redirect a package once it ships, and we can't cover reshipping orders that come back because of an incorrect address.
- All sales final: Because every item is made to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges. Misprinted, defective, or shipping-damaged items are covered as described in our Refund Policy.
