You represent that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete, and you agree to update it as needed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all of your account activity. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Section 2 – Our Products

Every Ground Hour Goods product is made to order: it is printed only after you place your order and is produced and shipped by our print-on-demand fulfillment partner. We have made every effort to provide an accurate representation of our products and services in our online store. However, colors and product appearance may vary slightly due to the device you use to view the online store, screen settings and resolution, and the printing process. Product mockups are illustrations and may differ slightly from the finished item. We do not guarantee that your perception of a color or appearance will be accurate.

All descriptions of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or design at any time and may limit the quantities of any products that we offer to any person, household or order.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Ground Hour Goods reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until Ground Hour Goods confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order is accepted. Please review your order carefully, including size, color and shipping address, before submitting it.

Because each item is made to order, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they are in production. We may, either before or after accepting an order, limit or cancel any quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be set out in your order confirmation. Unless otherwise expressly stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, or customs or import charges.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase, payment and account information for all purchases made through our store. Payments are processed through Shopify's checkout.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy and are estimates only; we are not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers or customs. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the products are transferred to the carrier. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which the customer pays.

Section 6 – All Sales Final; Misprints and Damage

Because every item is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, including for change of mind or for ordering the wrong size. If your item arrives misprinted, defective or damaged in shipping, please see our Refund Policy for how to request a free replacement. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

Section 7 – Intellectual Property

Our Services, including but not limited to all designs, artwork, text, graphics, images, logos and other content, are owned by or licensed to Ground Hour Goods and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Unless expressly authorized by us, you may not reproduce, copy, print, sell, distribute, create derivative works from, or otherwise use any of our designs or content, in whole or in part. Purchasing a product gives you the right to own and wear that item; it does not give you any rights to the design itself.

Section 8 – Optional Tools

You may be provided with access to third-party tools that we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, representations or conditions of any kind and without any endorsement. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating their content or accuracy, and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials, websites or services. Ground Hour Goods is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Ground Hour Goods. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Ground Hour Goods, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Ground Hour Goods.
